Christmas

Christmas was really great for us this year, we were very blessed. Christmas morning we went over to my parent's house and saw them for a little and then drove to Cannon Beach to see our friends and Shandan's side of the family. I got a new laptop that I love and Shandan got a bluray player that he really wanted. It was really nice to see Jude interested in his new toys and he had lots of fun with his cousins, Mila and Zander. We then went to Shandan's dad's house and had a potluck with his dad, step mom, sister, step brother's family, grandma, and friends. It was great to get to enjoy dinner in fellowship and see how much everyone has grown since last year! Then we stayed the night and came home the next day. It was a great christmas and I am excited for the new year!

IT'S A GIRL!

On December 7th, we found out that we are pregnant with a little baby girl and now our family is complete! Her name will be Jade Marie Van Winkle and her due date is May 12th. We are so excited and can't wait to see what she looks like! Katie is attempting a homebirth after her c-section with a midwife so please keep her in your prayers.

Our wedding day was amazing. Thank you all for your support and your help. We feel so blessed to have the friends we do and honestly, couldn't be happier. We were very sad for those that couldn't make it due to weather, finances, etc but we definitely missed you! We love you all and can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together, sharing every moment with you guys. We are still awaiting the wedding photos from the photographer, so please be patient with us. :)
